💰 Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference and case type. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong or damaged item).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items or items not in original packaging
  • Cosmetics or personal care products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items requested for return after the 3-day window
